1. What kind of people are you looking for?

We are looking for Christian professionals who have a desire to see hope restored by contributing their expertise, skills and experiences in ongoing projects. We want to work with people who have a teachable spirit, a flexible attitude and a commitment to excellence.

2. Why types of projects do you offer?

Because IDEAS works with professionals, our projects are based around five professional competencies:

1. Agriculture
2. Business and IT
3. Community Development
4. Education
5. Healthcare & Wellness.

Your application, resume, work experience and passions will contribute to your volunteer experience!

2. Which project should I choose?

Once you have determined which projects are a professional fit for you, you can then sort by length of time and location. You can volunteer from 10 days up to one year! And our projects are located in over a dozen countries. Don't see what you are looking for? Contact us so we can discuss a customized opportunity for you. 3. When should I apply?

Today! We add new opportunities all the time and the sooner you submit an application, the sooner you can begin to prepare for your overseas assignment.
