One community that is considered by many to be a city of trash and violence is being transformed through the generosity of teachers and staff who give their time, passion, and incredible talents to develop the youth of this city through high quality education. This education includes the first music program and concert this city has ever had. Donors are making this possible. Hope is being restored:

Because of you and the hope I see being restored through IDEAS, I desire to live generously, to let go of the life I think I should live, a life filled with accumulating the security and stability I instinctively crave, in order to embrace a life of living beyond myself, a life of generosity.

• by redefining where my value, joy, and treasure are found.

I am so grateful to be part of this journey with you, this life-changing journey of generosity that illuminates the darkest corners of the world into hope-filled beacons of light.
